History of VST Company
In 2004, the construction of a stadium in Zaporizhzhya started, which became a symbol of pride for the region thanks to the efforts of soccer enthusiasts and the mayor's office. The project faced challenges, especially in the area of waterproofing and anticorrosion, which led to the selection of VST as a reliable partner. The stadium, opened in 2006, quickly became one of the most stylish arenas in Ukraine. VST is proud of its contribution to this project and continues to offer a wide range of products for construction and renovation, providing quality and innovation for over 15 years. VST is now proud to represent the products of the American company Sherwin-Williams on the Ukrainian market.
History of the plant in Vaihingen an der Enz
In the distant 70s, of the last century, near Stuttgart, a plant for the production of epoxy materials was launched and materials were developed for anti-corrosion protection of bridges and chemical protection from aggressive environments in chemical industries. Materials under the Permacor brand were supplied even to the USSR. In April 2022, a new milestone was reached when Sherwin-Williams completed the acquisition of the European industrial coatings division of Sika AG.
Mission of success in Europe and Ukraine
For many years, Sherwin-Williams has been manufacturing and supplying customers with epoxy and polyurethane coatings for metal and concrete surfaces. Coatings that protect objects from corrosion and aggressive environments. Years of experience and new developments allow the company to successfully develop and help customers to protect against corrosion and fire. Bridges, pipelines, food processing plants, sewage treatment plants, fuel tanks - and this is not a complete list of objects where Sherwin-Williams materials are used.
Future challenges
The previous experience of Permacor, DUPON, Swiss Sika AG and the modern developments of the American concern Sherwin-Williams give a new impetus to the development of anti-corrosion coatings in the European and Ukrainian markets. And of course, the new, more environmentally friendly materials in the Sherwin-Williams range are conserving the environment and improving the quality of life for everyone.

All materials supplied to Ukraine are produced at a plant in Germany, and some of the products are made in the UK.
We provide technical support for our products starting from the project and throughout the life of the coating. And yes, we do lab testing every time we release our products. And our specialists from Germany and Ukraine will help you in any matter.
Our production is ISO9001 certified. Also, each of our material has Ukrainian certificates, as well as quality certificates for each batch.
When the company was taken over by SW, Sika materials were rebranded.
